Homepage Redesign

The goal was to redesign PayPal's homepage that had not changed much since PayPal was born. The focus of the project was to improve discoverability of the products and services and introduce segmented homepages for individual users and business users. My responsibilities included the following:

  • Led the UED team throughout the project that consisted of UI Design, Visual Design, Content and User Research
  • Collaborated with stakeholders in defining & prioritizing requirements and drove user experience decisions
  • Delivered wireframes and interaction specifications of six new pages including three homepages for different user types and products & services page
  • Designed flexible merchandising space for product up-sell promotions and announcements of merchants within the new homepages
